WELLNESS GIFT GUIDE

I’m a bit late and if you’re still shopping, know that you’re not the only one :P

I somehow let the days slip and here I am, once again, scrambling because I just realized Christmas is next week! I thought I’d put a list together for the wellness-oriented person in your life (or for you!). These are all brands I’ve tried and love; some of the links are affiliate links, some are not.

  • Flower essences from LotusWei- these are truly a special gift because they carry the energetic essence of the flower to shift the frequency of the cell creating an energetic shift. Some of my favorites are Infinite Love and Wild Abundance because we could all use more abundance and love in our lives. They also have flower essence infused chocolates for the chocolate lover in your life! They are made with high quality cacao, made without milk and sweetened with coconut sugar.

  • Honey- Raw honey is so medicinal and nutritive! A lot of people think of it as just more sugar but it’s made up of different antioxidants and enzymes, it helps with the production of serotonin and melatonin making it a subtle way to invoke pleasure in your daily life. It even has benefits when applied topically (I wrote about some of them here). Beekeeper’s Naturals has the best holiday set of their raw and delicious honeys that are sustainably sourced from small apiaries. They also have other honey-based immune wellness products. You can get a small discount using code DRNADIA10

  • The gift of silk- silk eye masks, silk pillowcases, silk hair ties. These are all great options for a luxurious night of sleep. Sleeping on silk pillowcases minimizes creasing of the skin, extends the life of a blowout and reduces hair frizz. Silk eye masks are great because the best sleep comes when sleeping it’s completely dark and they feel so soft on the skin. And finally silk hair ties to help prevent creasing and breakage! I love Moonlit Skincare because they carry all three of these and are high quality but affordable.

  • Green tea- good quality green tea is not as common as you would think! Green tea is highly vulnerable to pesticides, irradiation and heavy metal contamination— which counteracts all the benefits it has! When you get quality green tea, you get antioxidants and polyphenols that have been shown to improve aging. For that reason, I think a good quality tea can make a great and thoughtful gift, especially for someone who loves tea. Pique has various green teas and matcha that have been third-party tested. If you get it, you can use code DRNADIA for a discount.

  • Non toxic candles/lotion/bodywash- I know this is a popular gift theme but the conventional options like Bath and Body Works and Body Shop have a lot of ingredients that tend to be irritating and chemicals that disrupt hormones along with synthetic fragrances that can further irritate. Salt and Stone has great options that are made with natural ingredients (they also have a great natural deodorant made without aluminum that *feels* like regular deodorant— maybe this is more of a gift to yourself type of thing :D). Corpus Naturals also has great natural bodycare and candle. Both companies have stunning aesthetics and packaging too!

  • Medical Grade Skincare- I used to be a skincare junkie and now I’m a minimalist focusing on preserving my skin barrier and pH and occasionally using targeted professional brands that have studies backing them up. Auro Skincare is a favorite that is more antioxidant-focuses, specifically glutathione. You get the topical benefit of glutathione as well as the internal benefits. I also like InfiniWell; their skincare products are more peptide focused. These peptides help signal collagen production. My personal favorite is AnteAGE which is growth factor based; they have 2 signature products plus an option for brightening if you’re prone to pigmentation. Their professional line can only be ordered by physicians though, if you want something from them please contact my office and we can help you place an order. Lastly, if pigmentation is your main concern, check out Cyspera.

  • Infrared Sauna blanket- This is probably hand’s down my favorite wellness tool. This blanket is low EMF, It’s easy to use, supports detoxification, improved circulation, glowing skin, immune modulation, reduced inflammation, instant mood boost! I cant say enough good things about this. I love and use the one from HigherDose. They have a lot of good bundle promotions right now so maybe you get a gift for someone but also for yourself :)

  • Red light- Another favorite wellness tool with countless benefits and so easy to incorporate. Just 20 minutes a day of red light therapy can support fat loss, muscle gains, reduced inflammation, hair growth, increased collagen, pain reduction, improved sleep, neuroprotective, supports thyroid health, supports wound healing and SO MUCH MORE! I like BioLight because they have various size options and fairly priced compared to others. It’s also low EMF and emits both red and/or near-infrared light.

Hopefully one or some of these ideas work for you! I forgot to mention, you can always check out my shop too. Save or share this page and refer to it later if you ever need gift ideas :)
